Nasca One, also known as Armin E. Mendocilla, is a celebrated muralist and illustrator whose art transcends boundaries and captivates audiences worldwide. Born in Munich, Germany in 1992 to a mixed German-Peruvian family, Nasca One’s artistic journey began with an early fascination for powerful comic styles. Influenced by the likes of ‘MAD’, Don Rosa’s Disney comics, and Akira Toriyama’s ‘Dragon Ball,’ he embarked on the development of his own distinctive style. As he delved deeper into the world of art, Nasca One discovered the work of renowned graffiti icons from Munich, including Won ABC and Loomit, which inspired him to delve into the realm of graffiti. It was during this time that he adopted the name “Nasca,” drawing inspiration from the famous archeological site in southern Peru.

Nasca One’s passion for street art intensified during his studies in media and communication design in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Traveling through vibrant South East Asian countries further fueled his creativity and shaped his artistic vision. Influenced by the diverse cultures he encountered on his journeys, Nasca One’s work became an imaginarium of boundless inspiration.

His signature style revolves around exquisitely rendered figurative paintings, capturing the essence of people, animals, and enchanting flora and fungi. These elements possess the power to evoke altered states of mind and illuminate the human experience.

Throughout the years, Nasca One has been an integral part of numerous Street Art festivals around the world, including Hola Utopia by Montana Colors, Stroke Artfair, Nikomovement Georgia, and Writers Block Netherlands, among many others. His talent has been sought after by world-renowned companies such as TESLA, Seat, N26, Katjes, MarcCain, Adidas, Thomas Sabo, and Berlin Fashion Week, among others.
